The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the SWDP in Mangystau, Kazakhstan on May 1st, 2018

The Akimat of Mangystau Oblast, Kazakhstan issued the Notice of Award of the Project of Construction of Seawater Desalination Plant ('SWDP') with Capacity of 50,000 m3/day in Mangistau to BeltWay - SafBon Consortium on Narch 15th 2018.

The Project will be implemented through Public-Private-Partnership ('PPP'). It is estimated that the Project will cost 100 million USD. The design capacity of the SWDP will be 50,000 m3/day. And the main process of this Project will be Dissolved Air Floatation plus Ceramic Flat Ultrafiltration Membrane plus Two-pass Reverse Osmosis.
